Security
Layer by layer, enforced by the system, not by a promise.
Security & data protection
Vyavora's own team cannot open your workspace; we can only look when you ask us to, for support, and you can revoke that any time. Two things an owner worries about — business data reaching someone outside, and money figures reaching someone inside who should not see them — are prevented layer by layer, by the system, not by a promise.
Every record is locked with a key that belongs to your business alone. Another business — or a mistake in our own software — cannot open it, because the wall is built into the storage itself, not added on top.
A counter operator sees the counter, customers, enquiries, sales and stock. Money, margins and profit never reach their screen — not hidden behind a menu, but never sent to them at all.
You and a staff member can be signed in side by side on one machine; your screen never becomes theirs, and signing one out never signs the other out.
Your data stays on systems in India, encrypted on the way in and out. A locked copy is taken every night, stored elsewhere, and tested by actually restoring it.
The intelligence that reads your files runs on our own systems. No file, message or number goes to an outside AI company, and nothing about your business is used to teach anyone else's.
Vyavora reads your billing software, your accounts, your mailbox — and changes nothing in them. Your data already sits in your own folder in Excel; ask, and it is deleted.
Reliability
Kept apart from the main system and tested by actually restoring it.
A change that misreads a client's real file does not go out.
One click refiles the whole document; Start over gives a clean re-import. Your originals are never touched.
Files are sent when it is back; the counter keeps working through short drops.
Your folder already holds your data in Excel. You are never locked in.
WhatsApp in business hours, same-day reply, a person who can open your workspace only when you ask.
Data policy · plain language
The people who built the system answer the security questions themselves.
